Following a good start to the year for equities, investors are beginning to ask themselves whether stock markets are now overbought and whether they should reduce positions. We believe it is fair to say that at current levels the upside potential is limited, but the same can be said for the downside risks too; a typical range bound situation. In this environment, it is important to invest in markets selectively.
