Regular reporting is an important part of our relationship with you. We communicate to our clients through the following media:

  • Clients can access their portfolios through our online service, which provides daily valuations and sterling cash statements.

  • Ongoing notification of all corporate events that occur on your holdings such as rights issues, capital reorganisations, takeovers etc.

  • Contract notes are issued promptly after each transaction, either immediately via email or post the following day.

  • Semi-annual valuations.

  • Annual Consolidated Tax Certificate, detailing all dividends received during the financial year.

  • Annual Capital Gains Tax report, if required.
