To open an account for a trust you will need to complete our account opening forms.
To be completed and returned:
- Client Agreement
- Board Resolution
- Limited Power of Attorney to Third Parties (if applicable)
- Form F1 (for regulated introducers)
- W-8BEN (for holders of US shares)

- Warrants and Derivatives Risk Warning Notice
- Limited Power of Attorney - Liquidating Discretion
